Провести тестирование работы своего автомобиля можно на любой станции СТО. Не всегда есть такие станции по близости и многие автолюбители пользуются услугами знакомых занимающиеся ремонтом в собственных гаражах. Часто и там работают настоящие профессионалы своего дела, которые определяют неисправность по звуку работы двигателя или запаху сгоревшего топлива из выхлопной трубы. Но для комплексной диагностики этого мало. Требуется применение приборов.
В настоящее время используются три группы приборов:
- сканеры;
- мотор-тестеры;
- газоанализаторы.
Каждый прибор выполняет свою функцию и не может полностью заменить другой, но хорошо дополняет их.
Сканеры
Современный автомобиль для своей работы содержит множество датчиков, которые собирают информацию и передают ее в ЭБУ. Бортовой компьютер собирает и обрабатывает эту информацию и выдает команду на управление исполнительным механизмом. Сканеры имеют возможность подключиться к ЭБУ через специальный разъем и с помощью программы прочитать, обработать и выдать на экран информацию, собранную датчиками.
Возможно приобретение программного и портативного сканера. Для работы с программным требуется компьютер, планшет или смартфон с соответствующей программой и кабель с разъемом ODB2 для подключения. Для портативного не требуется ничего. Программа, небольшой экран для выдачи информации на нем и разъем для подключения поставляются в комплекте.
Основными функциями сканера являются:
- Контроль и фиксирование сигналов, поступающих в ЭБУ от датчиков;
- Проверять работоспособность всех механизмов, определять коды неисправностей, генерируемых бортовым компьютером;
- Видеть реальные показания ЭБУ;
- Профилактическое тестирование автомобиля.
Сканер трудно назвать измерительным прибором – это устройство для фиксирования и выдачи информации, получаемой от блока управления.
Если один из датчиков выйдет из строя и будет выдавать неверную информацию, то и информация на сканер будет выводиться не та.
Мотор-тестер
Это измерительный прибор, который удобно подключать к автомобилю и проверяющий основные параметры двигателя и в удобной форме выдает их на экран. С его помощью проверяются не только параметры двигателя, но и параметры зажигания.
Также этот прибор проверяет:
- Правильность установки ГРМ;
- Углы опережения зажигания;
- Состояние поршневой группы;
- Состояние стартера и аккумулятора;
- Определение работоспособности датчиков;
- Наличие неисправностей во впускном и выпускном тракте.
Газоанализаторы
Анализируют выхлопные газы и по их состоянию помогают автомеханикам:
- Определить и отрегулировать уровень токсичности выхлопных газов;
- Оценить состояние двигателя и системы зажигания;
- Отрегулировать подачу топлива.
Эти приборы используют не только для диагностики инжекторных двигателей. Они легко справляются и с карбюраторными.
Все приборы могут быть как универсальными, так и специализированными. При приобретении нужно ориентироваться на свои потребности. Если приобретать только для себя, то достаточно сканера, ориентированного на именно Ваш автомобиль или универсального, но разработанного на диагностику наиболее распространенных авто.
Для СТО не стоит экономить на измерительных приборах и придется приобретать весь комплект, чтобы закрыть потребность диагностики всего ряда автомобилей.
Общие сведения об ошибках Nissan Tiida
Первый знак в коде неисправности обозначает букву, которая определяет, к какой системе относится неполадка:
- Р — неполадки в работе трансмиссионного (АКПП) или силового агрегатов;
- В — неисправности в работе кузовных агрегатов — подушек безопасности (Аэрбега), стеклоподъемников, замков дверей и т. д.;
- С — неполадки в работе ходовой составляющей или шасси;
- U — неполадки электронных модулей или цифровых шин данных.
Второй знак обозначает стандартность или специфичность неполадки:
- 0 — общий код для ОБД2 выхода;
- 1 и 2 — персональные коды производителя;
- 3 — зарезервированный параметр.
Третий знак определяет тип неполадки:

- 7, 8 — ошибки трансмиссионного агрегата;
- 0 и 9 — резерв.
Последние два знака — число, которое соответствует номеру ошибки в системе ОБД.
Перевод ошибок самодиагностики приборной панели Nissan Tiida
Для расшифровки кодов ошибок нужно перевести код ошибки из десятичной в двоичную систему расчета.
Для этого необходимо осуществить ряд действий:
- Вычтите наибольшее возможное число из строки 1 таблицы из найденного кода ошибки и отметьте поле в строке 2.
- Вычтите наибольшее возможное число из остатка и снова отметьте в соответствующем поле.
- Повторяйте это до тех пор, пока остаток не станет равен 0.

- 1 — 1 = 0 (во второй линнии маркируем ячейку, расположенную под цифрой 1).
Таким образом, по данному коду это — первая, пятая, шестая и восьмая ячейка.

При появлении такой проблемы возможны следующие признаки:

- остановка мотора;
- снижение мощности.
Возможные причины неисправности:
- выход из строя блока управления (требуется диагностика колодки и кабелей, подключенных к устройству);
- поломка или некорректная работа датчика педали газа;
- неисправность контроллера давления хладагента системы кондиционирования;
- выход из строя датчика положения дроссельной заслонки;
- поломка клапана рециркуляции отработанных газов;
- неисправность контроллера положения лопаток турбокомпрессора;
- выход из строя датчика, установленного на педали сцепления;
- некорректная работа или поломка контроллера давления в сажевом фильтре;
- неисправность датчиков автоматической трансмиссии.
Возможные причины неисправности:
- дефект электроцепи контроллера;
- «залипание» заслонки в открытом или закрытом положении (для устранения нужно выполнить смазку или произвести замену механизма);
- плохой контакт устройства с сетью;
- попадание влаги на разъем.
Если на автомобиле Ниссан 2005, 2006, 2007 или других годов выпуска включился режим «Lock Mode», то на некоторых моделях из него можно выйти так:
- В машине отключается зажигание.
- Берется зарегистрированный ключ, вставляется в замок и прокручивается в положение «АСС».
- Пользователь ждет пять секунд.
- Выполняется отключение зажигания.
- Пункты 2-4 повторяются два раза (в общей сложности — трижды).
- Выполняется запуск двигателя. Если устранить проблему не удалось, нужно проверять иммобилайзер и блок управления.
Возможные причины неисправности:
- поломка реле или предохранителя, отвечающего за включение света при активации задней скорости;
- неисправность лампочки, установленной в фаре;
- повреждение или замыкание проводки, к которой подключен источник освещения;
- неисправность датчика задней передачи (менее вероятная причина).
- неисправность модуля управления силовым агрегатом;
- выход из строя привода антиблокировочной системы или ее управляющего блока;
- отсутствие сигнала, передающегося по CAN-шине;
- выход из строя одного из предохранителей.
Возможные причины неисправностей на Ниссан 1995, 1997, 1998 и других годов выпуска:
- повреждение электроцепи цифрового контроллера CAN или короткое замыкание на линии;
- выход из строя микропроцессорного модуля управления силовым агрегатом или его некорректная работа;
- отсутствие контакта или плохое соединение цифровой шины CAN с «массой», то есть заземлением.
Другие ошибки
Возможные причины проблемы:
- повреждение проводов или износ изоляции на проводниках;
- засорение разъемов или окисление контактов;
- неисправность контроллера положения селектора автоматической коробки передач;
- выход из строя электромагнитного клапана управления переключением;
- механическая неисправность одного из конструктивных компонентов трансмиссии.
Для этого выполняются следующие действия:
- Производится демонтаж модуля с автомобиля. В зависимости от модели авто, местоположение устройства может быть разным. Вероятнее всего, блок находится под пластиковым тоннелем около коробки передач. От устройства нужно отсоединить разъеы с проводами.
- Выполняется разбор модуля, откручиваются саморезы, фиксирующие его части.
- С помощью паяльника выпаивается электросхема памяти.
- Плата подключается к программатору, производится считывание кода. Затем из последнего нужно убрать все лишнее и установить схему обратно. После монтажа она припаивается, а блок ставится на место.
Для устранения причины выполняются следующие действия:
- Ключ зажигания вставляется в замок.
- Выжимается педаль тормоза. Ее следует удерживать в таком состоянии до сброса комбинации.

Все ошибки Nissan – расшифровка, самодиагностика и удаление

Автомобили, выпущенные после 1996 года и более поздних годов выпуска оснащены системой OBD2 и требуют использования диагностического сканера для извлечения кодов неисправностей.
Для автомобилей 1988-1994 годов выпуска (использование индикатора неисправности (MIL))
На всех моделях, кроме Pathfinder, Pickup и Van, выполните следующие действия:
Поверните селектор режимов диагностики на ЭБУ полностью по часовой стрелке и дождитесь мигания контрольных ламп. Количество миганий указывает на соответствующий режим.
Зафиксируйте количество вспышек, затем сразу же поверните селектор режимов диагностики полностью против часовой стрелки.
На моделях Pathfinder, Pickup и Van выполните следующие действия:
Поверните селектор режимов диагностики на ЭБУ в положение On и дождитесь мигания контрольных ламп.
Зафиксируйте количество вспышек, затем немедленно переведите селектор режима диагностики в положение Off.
На всех моделях при выключении зажигания во время диагностики в каждом режиме и последующем включении после полного исчезновения питания ЭБУ диагностика автоматически возвращается в режим I.
Описание режимов:
Режим I (контроль соотношения смеси с обратной связью A): в замкнутом контуре зеленая контрольная лампа загорается при обедненном состоянии и гаснет при обогащенном состоянии. В режиме разомкнутого контура зеленая контрольная лампа не горит.
Режим II (контроль соотношения смеси с обратной связью B): в замкнутом контуре красная контрольная лампа включается и выключается одновременно с зеленой, когда соотношение смеси регулируется в пределах заданного значения. В режиме разомкнутого контура красная контрольная лампа остается выключенной. Функция зеленой контрольной лампы такая же, как и в режиме I.
Режим III (самодиагностика): в этом режиме DTC индицируется как красной, так и зеленой контрольной лампой. Красная контрольная лампа соответствует единицам 10, зеленая – единицам 1.
Режим IV (диагностика включения/выключения): в этом режиме контрольные лампы отслеживают состояние включения/выключения выключателя дроссельной заслонки, выключателя стартера и датчика скорости автомобиля.
Режим V (диагностика в реальном времени): при возникновении неисправности во время тест-драйва контрольные лампы немедленно отображают состояние неисправности.
Считывание кодов ошибок
Электронный блок управления (ЭБУ) контролирует работу нескольких датчиков и исполнительных механизмов двигателя. При возникновении неисправности информация сохраняется в памяти ЭБУ для последующего извлечения. Коды отображаются красным диодом на ЭБУ. Коды интерпретируются по количеству и продолжительности миганий диода. Красный диод будет мигать в течение 0,6 секунды с задержкой 0,6 секунды между вспышками “X” раз, что соответствует единицам десяти. Затем произойдет задержка 0,9 секунды, и красный диод вспыхнет в течение 0,3 секунды с задержкой 0,3 секунды между вспышками “X” количество раз, что соответствует единицам. Задержка между кодами составит 2,1 секунды.
Например, если красный диод мигнул один раз, а затем быстро мигнул два раза, это следует расценивать как код 12. Коды отображаются в цифровом порядке, начиная с наименьшего и заканчивая наибольшим.
Для автомобилей 1995-1999 годов выпуска
Поверните селектор режимов диагностики на ЭБУ полностью по часовой стрелке и дождитесь мигания контрольных ламп. Количество миганий указывает на соответствующий режим.
Зафиксируйте количество вспышек, затем сразу же поверните селектор режимов диагностики полностью против часовой стрелки.
Если во время диагностики в каждом режиме выключить зажигание, а затем снова включить его после полного исчезновения питания ЭБУ, то диагностика автоматически вернется в режим I.
Для описания режимов выполните следующие действия:
(Режим I): при остановленном двигателе система находится в состоянии проверки ламп. При работающем двигателе система находится в состоянии предупреждения о неисправности.
(Режим II): при остановленном двигателе система находится в состоянии результатов самодиагностики. при работающем двигателе система находится в состоянии контроля переднего датчика кислорода (O2S).
Использование диагностического сканера Consult
- Выключите зажигание.
- Подключите ”Consult” к диагностическому разъему канала передачи данных (DLC), расположенному за крышкой блока предохранителей.
- Включите зажигание.
- Выберите пункт ”Start”.
- Выберите пункт ”Двигатель”.
- Выполните каждый режим диагностического тестирования в соответствии с каждой сервисной процедурой.
Использование универсального диагностического сканера
- Выключите зажигание.
- Подключите сканер’ к его 16-контактному диагностическому разъему DLC, расположенному на нижнем краю приборной панели рядом с рулевой колонкой.
- Включите зажигание.
- Введите программу в соответствии с инструкциями на экране или в руководстве по эксплуатации.
- Выполните каждый режим диагностического тестирования в соответствии с каждой сервисной процедурой.
Как удалить коды ошибок
- В моделях до 95 года память MIL стирается после выбора режима III или IV.
- На моделях 95-99 годов память MIL стирается при переключении из режима II в режим I.
- На всех моделях память MIL стирается при отсоединении клеммы аккумулятора.
- На моделях 95-97 для стирания DTC с помощью программы Consult выберите ERASE в режиме SELF DIAG RESULTS.
- На моделях 98-99 гг. для удаления DTC с помощью Consult включите Consult, выберите A/T, SELF DIAG RESULTS и ERASE. Выберите BACK, ENGINE, SELF DIAG RESULTS и ERASE.
- На всех моделях для удаления DTC с помощью универсального сканирующего прибора выберите режим 4.
Для автомобилей 1988-1994 г.в.
- Включите ключ зажигания.
- Поверните селектор режимов диагностики на ЭБУ полностью по часовой стрелке, подождите более двух секунд и поверните селектор полностью против часовой стрелки. Система ECCS теперь находится в режиме 2.
- Поверните селектор режимов диагностики на ЭБУ полностью по часовой стрелке, подождите более двух секунд, затем поверните селектор полностью против часовой стрелки. Система ECCS переходит в режим 1. Память ЭБУ теперь стерта.

Для диагностики систем управления часто используется адаптер ELM327. Это популярный сканер, который подходит для большинства автомобилей. Особенность ELM – мультипротокольность. Сканер работает со всеми стандартами обмена информацией, включая последнее поколение CAN-шин. Прибор несложный в использовании, поддерживает COM, USB или беспроводное подключение к компьютеру, смартфону.
Адаптер совместим с Almera, Micra, Murano, Note и другими моделями. Перед подключением прибора стоит уточнить протокол, применяемый в конкретной модели. Коммутация с бортовой электроникой осуществляется через разъем OBD.

1. Совместимость Nissan со сканерами ELM327 по году выпуска

2. Режимы диагностики и OBD протоколы у автомобилей Nissan
ELM работает по принципу ретранслятора. Электронный блок управления формирует информационные пакеты согласно поддерживаемому стандарту. Сканер принимает данные через сигнальную линию связи. Декодирование происходит на уровне ELM327. Адаптер обрабатывает полученную информацию, переводит в приемлемый вид и отправляет на компьютер, планшет.
Каждый блок работает с определенным режимом передачи. Их существует несколько:
- SAE J1850 VPW, PWM;
- ISO 9141-2;
- KWP 2000;
- ISO 15765 CAN.
По мере развития автомобильной электроники, стандарты совершенствовались. Марка Nissan применяет:
- KWP FAST
- ISO 9141
- CAN.
Некоторые варианты с дизельными двигателями (например X-Trail) использовали стандарт KWP SLOW. На физическом уровне схож с ISO 9141, но отличается малой скоростью обмена пакетами.
Режимы диагностики определяются протоколом. Не каждая машина поддерживает полный список сервисных проверок. Наибольшее количество режимов реализовано в протоколе CAN.
